At first glance, slow drag seems straightforward - a step and a drag of the trailing foot. But Blues is a dance built on nuance, subtle choices, and surprising technical depth. In this workshop, we’ll break open the “simple” to reveal the layers underneath, exploring the skills, mindset, and refined movement quality that help dancers grow into higher-level Blues practitioners.
Prerequisite: Participants should be comfortable with the basic salsa QQS step pattern, and an underarm turn.
All levels welcome!
