Blues Dance Monday is a social blues dance event open for everyone! It takes place every Monday at Pub Thirsty Scholar in Kaisaniemi. Let's dance to selected Blues tunes, enjoy the bar's offerings and meet with old and new friends!If you are interested in learning blues dance, the organizers are happy to help you find more information about courses and workshops.
HOW TO PREPARE
- There is no entrance fee, thus you are encouraged to show your support by buying something to drink or eat (warm sandwich toasts available until 20:00!) at the bar.
- Some help is needed with arranging the furniture before and after the party.
- Keep good care of your personal hygiene and avoid wearing any perfumes out of respect towards those more sensitive of us!
SAFE SPACE
We like to keep our events open for all, thus it's also important for us to keep the party a safe space for everyone attending. Please ask the organizer if you have any questions about blues dancing or the social norms followed. Turn to us immediately if you see or experience anything that might violate someone's safe space or comfort.
