SUMMER BLUES CLUB PARTY

We are delighted to announce that Tim Edey wil again be our very special guest at this years blues club Summer party. If you came to either of his first two shows here, you will know how much fun this is going to be. A world-class guitarist, melodeon player and a fabulous entertainer.

Their last outing together was in November and was tremendous fun. We just had to do it again.

They will be each performing individual sets plus a jam together at the end. Their version of ‘Rocking all over the world” will live long in the memory. Expect the unexpected but we know it will be fabulous.

The Swaps, our resident blues club band, need no introduction but Tim may do. A genuine multi-instrumentalist, he has a strong claim to being one of the top guitarists AND melodeon artists in the country.

Doors 7pm. Concert 7:30pm. Advance only - it will sell out.

​After two decades of hard work, Tim is now a name on the global stage in his own right. He is rated by many to be one of the world's finest melodeon and guitar players in the folk & contemporary scene today!

Originally from Broadstairs in Kent and of Irish descent. Tim honed his style learning from his father Richard, himself a fine guitarist, and listening to Ed Boyd, Steve Cooney and Django Reinhardt. He has lived in Ireland and now resides in Perthshire, Scotland, where he is based with his family and from where he regularly tours all over the world.

​Tim's live solo shows are a stunning mix of world music, inspired instrumental virtuosity and passion, with a strong Celtic theme, and above all, a highly entertaining night of musical genius, all held together by his dynamic and infectious personality.
