Blues & Boil: An Evening with The John Bull Trio + Chef Chris Wiltonoin us for an unforgettable evening of live music, great food, and community at our Blues & Boil Supper Club featuring The John Bull Trio and Chef Chris Wilton. Gather around The Chef’s Table for a Southern inspired boil and a night filled with blues, conversation, and the warm atmosphere of The Sound Wall studio space.
Doors open at 6:30 PM followed by dinner at 7:00 PM.
BYOB (wine/beer welcome). Glassware, water, and ice provided.
Sip‑n‑Support Bar available; proceeds benefit The Sound Wall Music Initiative
Communal seating - all guests gathered together at The Chef’s Table.
MENU:
APPETIZER - Charcuterie Board for each table - Meats, Cheeses, Deviled eggs, pickled vegetables and Break/Crackers.
SALAD - Southern pepper Cole Slaw
MAIN COURSE - Shrimp, Conecuh, Andouille, Brussels Sprouts, Corn, Potatoes, Mushrooms and sweet onions. (Old bay Tartar Sauce and Cocktail sauce) - Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits
DESSERT - Banana Pudding
