Annual Bluefin Tuna Cutting Showcase is back!
Tuna Cutting Show & Experience ❤
Join us on November 10, 2024, at ATO Japanese Restaurant for the annual Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show. This year, the high-end Japanese dining experience will feature three sessions, each lasting 120 minutes, priced at 180 CAD per session (tax included).
1st Session: 11:30am - 2:00pm
2nd Session: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
3rd Session: 6:00pm – 8:30pm
- Premium Bluefin Tuna Sashimi/Sushi: Savor fresh, high-quality otoro, chutoro,akami... sashimi and sushi for an exceptional taste experience.
- Free Sake Tasting: Enjoy a selection of signature Japanese sake.
- Traditional Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show: This year, we will showcase tuna from Japan, Spain, and Canada. Watch top chefs skillfully cut Bluefin tuna, showcasing traditional Japanese techniques.
- Uni Chef Course & Sushi(Limited per guest): Delight in unique sea urchin dishes and sushi.
- Limited Foie Gras Sushi(Limited per guest): Indulge in luxurious foie gras sushi to satisfy your palate.

On November 10, from 2 PM to 8 PM, ATO will host an Bluefin Tuna Fishery Market at the restaurant entrance.
- On this day, we will sell sashimi-grade tuna such as Otoro, Chutoro, and Akami, as well as various seafood and Japanese Sea Urchin, all at WHOLESALE prices.
(Supplies are limited, and sales will end when items are sold out.)
