About this Event
Join us for the Blue Zones Project Water Aerobics Moai, a 10-week experience designed to do more than just get you moving. It's a chance to find your people, build real friendships, and show up for your health and well-being. Water Aerobics class is perfect for anyone, no swimming required. This class focuses on challenging the cardiovascular system and building strength.
Note: This class is for new participants who have not tried water aerobics and has limited capacity.
A Moai (Moh-eye), rooted in the Okinawan tradition of lifelong social connection, wraps your workout in a community that keeps you motivated, accountable, and genuinely excited to come back.
For 10 weeks, you'll move together, cheer each other on, and build habits that go way beyond the gym.

Benefits of Water Aerobics
Strength & EnduranceStrength is increased due to the resistance of the water while doing exercises.
Increasing Functional SkillsWater works the core and stabilizes the joints making land based life easier.
Joint MobilityExercising in water is low impact reducing stress to joints and bones.
Flexibility & Range of MotionBuoyancy in water decreases the effects of gravity allowing for greater ease of exercise so you to have wider range of motion, increasing your flexibility.
Weight LossYou can burn up to 400 calories during a one hour water aerobics class.
What to Bring?
Swimwear, water bottle, towel.
Optional: Water shoes, goggles, hat
Come ready or arrive 10-15 minutes early to change in the changing room.
Moai Launch Party (Class 1)
Join us on Saturday, April 18th at North Park (3200 Mission Inn Ave., Riverside, CA 92507)to celebrate well-being with friends. This first class is a meet and greet opportunity with your instructors and a chance to celebrate health and well-being.
