About this Event
Led by Frank Brady, this interactive action and access workshop invites participants to explore identity, personal vision, and strategies for transforming dreams into achievable goals. Through guided discussion and hands-on dream-mapping activities inspired by themes from The House on Mango Street, participants will reflect on experiences of home and belonging while identifying their aspirations and pathways toward authentic personal growth. The session creates an inclusive and supportive space that centers community connection, empowerment, and access to meaningful personal and professional opportunities.
The workshop also features a headshot session, photographed by Kasaad Bullock, providing community members with access to professional portraits alongside a professional development component focused on career readiness, self-presentation, and strengthening professional and/or artistic portfolios through practical tools and resources.
