Matt Russell, Corporate IT Manager, CTC
➔ Matt Russell is the Corporate IT Manager for CTC with 18 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and technology leadership in the Brainerd Lakes Area. He has led digital transformation efforts and strengthened cybersecurity for regional businesses, previously serving as Director of IT at Grand View Lodge and holding roles with Mills Automotive Group, Gullview Technologies, and Clow Stamping. A Central Lakes College graduate, Matt serves as Vice Chair of the Minnesota Telecom Alliance Cyber Security Committee and sits on the Central Lakes College Computer Technology advisory committee.
Greg Parks, Director of Cybersecurity, 7Sigma Systems
➔ Greg Parks is with Xtona and serves as Director of Cybersecurity at 7Sigma Systems, bringing more than 20 years of experience in broadband and ISP network engineering. He specializes in network security, disaster recovery, and resilient infrastructure, leading projects from ISP backbone deployments to enterprise security initiatives. Greg holds certifications including Fortinet NSE 5 and Microsoft MCSE and earned a BA in Computer Science from The College of St. Scholastica. He chairs the Central Lakes College Computer Technology advisory committee and previously served as Board Chair of the Brainerd Lakes Area YMCA.
