In addition, a variety of other instruments including chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, seed rattle, thunder drum, adds texture and flavor to the sound healing experience. The ultimate force in the Sound Bath is the gong, which is an instrument of deep vibrational transformation! You will be guided through a journey of opening, awakening, clearing, and alignment. The hour-long session includes a guided meditation, and a sound journey, leaving participants feeling relaxed, grounded, and a sense of deep spiritual rejuvenation.
