As the gong master at Chiron Acutherapeutics, I use therapeutic instruments like Planetary Gongs, Acutonics® crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments to create a meditative soundscape. Just lie back comfortably on the mat and let the gentle vibrations of the gongs wash over you, releasing tension and stress.

Pregnant Women: Attending sound baths during the first and third trimesters of pregnancy is not advisable. Please seek guidance from your healthcare provider.
Individuals with Pacemakers: Due to the potential interference with electronic devices, I do not recommend sound baths for people with pacemakers.
Individuals with Metal Plates: If you have metal implants, vibrations from the sound bath may cause discomfort.
