A candlelit Blue Moon evening of yin yoga, moon salutations, tea, sound journey, and deep nervous system restoration.
About this Event

Join us for an evening of slow movement, reflection, and sound.

Held on the rare energy of the Blue Moon, this experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inward connection through yin yoga, moon salutations, and immersive sound healing.

Unlike a typical yoga class, the evening is intentionally curated as a full therapeutic and sensory experience. You’ll be welcomed into a candlelit environment with tea, gentle atmosphere, and space to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a more meaningful way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Arrival tea & grounding space
• Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar)
• Slow, meditative yin yoga
• Immersive sound journey & integration
• Optional journaling & reflection
• Candlelight, soft sound, and intentional atmosphere

The movement is gentle, fluid, and introspective.
This evening is not about pushing, achieving, or intensity. It is about listening, softening, and allowing yourself to be held.

🌕 BLUE MOON ENERGY

A Blue Moon is a rare second Full Moon associated with:

• Completion
• Reflection
• Emotional clarity
• Letting go
• Heightened awareness

This is an invitation to move from the mind into the body.
To slow down enough to hear yourself again.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This evening may resonate with women who are:

• Feeling overstimulated or emotionally exhausted
• Wanting a slower, more intentional movement practice
• Seeking nervous system support and emotional grounding
• Looking for a meaningful and therapeutic space to reconnect inward

No prior yoga experience is needed.
