You are invited for a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony and Nature Mandala Co-creation on Sunday, April 20 from 15-17 at the beautiful yurt of Mahara in a zen garden oasis of Amsterdam. We wish to co-create a safe, sacred and connected space, where you can connect deeper with your body, senses and heart to start manifesting your dream reality and co-creating with nature, guided by the spirit of the majestic blue lotus flower.THE GROUP INTENTION

Blue Lotus plants have been used ceremonial wise and for medicinal purposes back in Ancient Egypt and India for thousands of years. Your host Leila (with her roots from the East living in the West) has been working with this plant for many years now and feel deeply connected to bring this sacred plant in the form of an ancient tea ceremony, and together integrate those ancient wisdoms into daily life. Through challenging time and space as it is now, the essence of the blue lotus flower is tickling our awareness with a majestic and mystical touch to support our being within the process of healing, purification, transformation and a deep feeling of divinity. Drinking with intention, the lotus transforms/shifts the lower energy into higher, going from root to crown, resembling the natural growth of the flower.
This is functional plant medicine (non-psychedelic) through a milder amount, but you will be likely to feel the effect of heart-opening, relaxation and peace within. You are invited to bring your own intention to manifest in the space.
TEA CEREMONY
An ancient Tea Ceremony, guided by the sacred medicine of Blue Lotus and the spirit of growing out of the mud/dark into the light. We will together journey through a meditative state that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that brings us together and connects our senses, health and soul. It’s not just about the medicine itself, also in the present moment of slowing down, giving time and space to what’s really alive in your feelings and surroundings, and to listen to what the medicine wants to teach us. We will close the ceremony with a collective prayer.
NATURE MANDALA CO-CREATION

As an ancient form of art and creation by itself, Mandalas have the effect of reminding us of the circular motions and cycles of life, the infinitude of the universe, and our connection to all. After consuming Blue Lotus, we will follow our intentions and intuitions, in a relaxing and meditative state, to co-create a collective mandala with various elements from nature, collected on this land by each one of us. We will close the ceremony with meditation and a collective prayer for the expansion of the good will. We will honor the directions, the earth and cosmic creation power to help us manifest our dream realities, together, in harmony with nature.

☼ We advise a light lunch at least 1 hour before so the blue lotus medicine can unfold more unaffected and pure in your body
Integration advices and aftercare will be shared in the closing circle, setting a grounded tone for moving forward.
Your Guide:
Leila is an Artist of Life following her passions and the vision of awakening. She invites you to embrace both the dark and bright sides of life with a playful and humble attitude. Based in Amsterdam with a deep root from East/China, her vision is to help people share their own aliveness and gifts in harmony with the ancient wisdoms of Tao, the Way of Nature.
As an facilitator and guide in the conscious spaces, during the last five years, you can find her guiding (ancient) rituals, temple arts and gatherings, tantric bodywork, tea and plant medicine ceremonies (including Blue Lotus, psilocybin and Changa), as well as integration into daily life through embodied arts, supporting people on their life journeys towards a more conscious way of living and co-creating, and the wholeness of life.
