This Blue Lotus Sound Journey is designed as a sanctuary for your nervous system.
We will be joined by Justine Amodeo and Suzanne DeCarion, founders of Nervana, a line of Blue Lotus–infused healing plant remedies. They will introduce us to the world of nervines—plant allies that quiet the mind, soothe frayed edges, ease anxiety, and support long-term emotional balance. This is an opportunity to understand how these plants work on a physical, energetic, and spiritual level.
Together, we’ll explore the ancient wisdom of Egyptian Blue Lotus, a revered flower known for its ability to soften the body, calm the nerves, reduce stress symptoms, and promote deep inner stillness. Once used in temples and rituals for spiritual elevation, Blue Lotus is reemerging as a powerful support for modern-day nervous system regulation—without the side effects of pharmaceuticals.
Before we enter the sound journey, guests will have the option to explore Blue Lotus through either a Blue Lotus tincture or a Blue Lotus tea — allowing the body and mind to gently attune to its calming, heart-opening qualities.
We will then transition into an alchemy sound journey led by Amy Thorson of Nativ Healing. A restorative experience that weaves the essence and vibration of Blue Lotus with the deeply regulating frequencies of alchemy crystal bowls and other healing instruments.
