The Winter Solstice brings the promise that each day forward is blessed with more light, celebrating the return of the Sun. a new cycle; a whole new year of life, growth, shedding and transformation. The Solstice encourages us to find beauty in the pause, transmutation in the darkness, and strength in the promise of brighter days ahead. Join us as we gather to honor the season, find stillness within and breathe!
The breath is our connection between the mind, body and spirit. Breathwork is a whole-body experience, stimulating total life force energy. By tapping into the art of conscious breathing patterns, we quite down the mind, restructure & reset the nervous system, and unlock deep soulful layers of our subconscious.
We must feel it, in order to heal it.
The breath is our most powerful tool for unblocking stuck energy & trapped emotions. Through guided breathwork exercises, you'll release stress, deepen your connection to self, and tap into your inner strength.

Victoria Strutt is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Holistic Healer. Through her own self de-construction, soul retrieval & deep healing, she has found that our greatest source of power lies within. Victoria founded Alchemy of Air to bring holistic healing modalities to the community and individual coaching to those seeking spiritual & self growth. Her passion is in holding space for those journeying through the dark, on the path to remember their light.
