Have you heard of blue lotus? �Nymphaea caerulea — the sacred blue water lily of ancient Egypt.
It was depicted in hieroglyphics, woven into ceremonial garlands and used by priests and pharaohs in temple rituals to open the third eye and connect with higher consciousness.
These weren't people using it as a nice smell. These were people who deeply understood the vibrational intelligence of plants and worked with them intentionally and ceremonially.
Blue lotus works with the third eye chakra — our centre of intuition, inner vision and clarity. When this energy centre is open we can access deeper states of meditation, receive guidance more clearly and see our path forward.
I've been working with it myself every day for the past week and I have loved working with the energy of this plant, i've been more focused, able to get into deeper stated of meditation, deeply connected and receiving of guidance.
