So often we get stuck in the labyrinth of our mind, ideas and plans take over and we simply forget how to fully embody our energy in all our different layers. But the energy is most powerful when integrated to the wholeness of us – into the body in order to reach the deepest layer of our being.
Dance is the vehicle where we get to step into the embodiment to invite our desires, our dreams, our next steps to feel more aligned, fulfilled, happy and free and becoming a magnet for your heart’s desires.
This evening event is an invitation for you to step into your heart and truly embody the energy of who you know you’re destined to become! We’ll use the spiritual qualities of Blue Lotus Flower and the energetic embodiment of Ecstatic Dance to anchor ourselves into our wholeness. A fusion of the meditative power of silencing our mind to be able to hear our heart’s messages, with the empowering movement of dance as our biggest expander. A combination of Yin and Yang, Moon and Sun, Stillness and Movement – the balance you need for manifesting your 2026 over and over again!
