We begin with 9D Breathwork, a revolutionary, multi-sensory journey that combines ancient breathing practices with sound technology, subliminal hypnosis, and shamanic guidance. As your consciousness shifts, you’ll dissolve stored trauma, rewrite limiting beliefs, and unlock your inner wisdom—accessing the boundless power already within you.
To deepen this inner journey, we introduce the sacred plant ally Blue Lotus, a natural heart opener known to elevate consciousness, calm the mind, and enhance emotional clarity. This adds a beautiful dimension to your journey, creating space for creative downloads, peace, and higher awareness.
After this, Crystal leads a deep vibrational sound bath with crystal bowls, and healing instruments that soothe your nervous system and recalibrate your energy on a cellular level. Combined with hands-on energy healing from both practitioners, this ceremony becomes a full body reset.

🧘 What to Bring:
A blanket and water bottle
Yoga Mat and Crystal if you'd like,
Wear loose, comfy clothes (nothing tight around your diaphragm)
An open mind and open heart ❤️
Important: Avoid food and alcohol for several hours beforehand. Do not ingest recreational drugs within 24 hours.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled.

Cardiovascular issues or irregular blood pressure
Aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizure history
Severe psychiatric conditions (especially psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder)
Osteoporosis, glaucoma, recent surgeries, or pregnancy
Individuals taking heavy medications
Those experiencing an emotional/spiritual crisis or untreated mental illness

Every time I lead a circle I am amazed by how quickly the women go from strangers to sisters. The circle creates unity, a sacred bond, a safe container to let your walls down and to let your true self be seen. The facade of "I'm fine" falls away and you can lean into embracing your whole self - the good, the bad, the messy, and everything in between. And when the walls fall away what's left is the opening to create real, authentic relationships rooted in vulnerability and trust.
