Kids ages 14 and up are more than welcome to join our evening classes alongside an adult. Similarly, kids ages 8 and up are also invited to our Saturday classes, accompanied by an adult. For Kid's Summer Canvas Classes it's for kids ages 6 and up!
Payment Policy: To secure your spot in this class, we kindly request that you make full payment in advance. As class availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage you to sign up as early as possible. You can conveniently pay for multiple classes at once by clicking the quantity button.
If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please give us a call at (803) 236-1193 to arrange a suitable time for you to visit the Sip & Gogh Studio and make the payment. Kindly note that we do not have regular operating hours, so it's essential to call in advance.
While walk-ins are welcome, we cannot guarantee the availability of easels unless payment is made in advance. Stay updated on new classes and any changes through our Facebook page and website!
The duration of each class is limited to a maximum of 3 hours (2 hours for Kid's Summer Canvas Classes). We strive to ensure that all participants are able to complete the class within the designated time frame, and deviations from the schedule are infrequent. However, clients who are unable to finish within the allocated time and wish to extend their stay will incur a late fee of $15 for every 15-minute increment, up to a maximum of 45 minutes beyond the scheduled class end time. This policy is implemented to ensure that our staff members are able to return to their families in a timely manner, and also to compensate our instructors and assistants for the additional time invested. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending the class. If you find yourself unable to make it, please inform us at 803.236.1193 before the class commences, and we will be happy to transfer your reservation to a class of equal value within the next 30 days. This allows us to offer your spot to other potential walk-in clients. Please note that there are no refunds or transfers for classes missed without prior notification. At Sip&Gogh, we do not provide credit or cash refunds but offer transfers to other class options. We do not allow the re-sale of tickets... beware of scammers on facebook!
