Blue Dream Journey

Cannabis-enhanced yoga is an ancient practice that combines yoga with intentional cannabis use to help you journey inward to find peace, insight, healing, transformation, and integration.

PsychedeLiA Integration invites you to immerse yourself in a blue dream journey. Join us in a safe and compassion-centered space to explore the healing potential of cannabis enhanced yoga. Yoga in this sense is not only asanas, but also any journey toward union. With that in mind, our sesh begins with a 20-30 min communal cannabis circle, followed by 60 min of slow and meditative, mindful movement, stretching, breathing, and self-massage, to achieve a deep state of awareness and relaxation. There will be a MINI live sound bath flowing from the savasana at the end of the session with light refreshments after.

This event is 21+ and suitable for all levels.

Space is limited to 30 participants

Things to bring:

• BYOB (bring your own bud)
• Water
• A yoga mat will be provided. However, feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
• Wear comfortable clothing

Sharzad Bio:

Sharzad is the founder of Blue Dream Yoga based in South Bay LA with a specialty in Cannabis Enhanced Yoga and Hatha Yoga. She is a graduate of UCLA and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2015 and gained further training in Ganja Yoga in 2019. She completed her 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) in 2015 and gained further training in Ganja Yoga 50 GYTT (Ganja Yoga Teacher Training) in 2019. She is currently a 200 ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and is working towards her 500 ERYT. Since then, She's helped numerous people find peace, tranquility, and an overall sense of well-being.
