Many of you know my story and the devastating events that happened on Good Friday the 7th of April 2023 which was my birthday. I’ve reached that point in the year again when the date is approaching and I’m filled with a mix of feelings and emotions. I’ve given a lot of thought into how I can ever feel ok about my birthday ever again and as part of my ongoing recovery and in memory of my Dad I’d like to give something back. So on Friday April 3rd 2026 my self and Ashleigh are holding a blowdryathon where 100% takings on that day will be donated to the MacMillan ward at the Royal Derby Hospital.
