Join a 6 week meet up of Mums to Be as you build on your Strength, Connection & Confidence as you approach birth with this 6 week Blossoming Mums Birth Circle — a space for pregnant women to feel and express through art or words this transition in a supportive space among other pregnant women. Make space internally and prepare physically for birth of the baby and this powerful transition.
We meet weekly from 17.30 to 19.30 for 6 weeks. We give space to sharing, Nidra yoga, breathing, questions and answers and more.
The best part of this circle is also meeting other mums who are in the same life phase as you.
The sessions are for now in English language. Bring water bottle if you wish.
Led by Irida Hysenbelli, a Rite of Passage Doula who brings years of experience holding supportive spaces for women during pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
