About the Event
Blossom With Bump is a gentle pregnancy yoga and wellbeing retreat morning created to support expectant mothers through movement, breath, meditation, and rest.
This calm, supportive session offers space to slow down, connect with your body and baby, and nurture yourself during this season of becoming. Practices are pregnancy-safe, guided with care, and accessible for all stages of pregnancy.
Guided by experienced and trained postnatal and prenatal yoga teacher.
No previous yoga experience is required.
