During this special retreat day, we will allow ourselves to slowly & gently emerge from everything which has been weighing heavy, we will devote a whole four hours to YOU and your awakening into Spring
Over our afternoon together, we will take our time to emerge from our Winter Hibernation through practises of:
- Meditation (to allow us to feel grounded & safe to blossom)
- Intention setting & affirmations (to set into motion our wishes & dreams for this bright new season)
- Yin Yoga (to bring us out of the stillness)
- Pranayama (breathwork to stimulate our senses & revitalise our beings)
- Gentle Flow Yoga to refresh our physical bodies & minds
and of course,
- Blissful & dreamy guided relaxation to close our session.
Spring time is the season of new beginnings, growth and blossoming.
