About this Event
Blossom & Embodiment: A Beltane Cacao Ceremony
As spring reaches its fullest expression and the days stretch longer into light, the energy of the season shifts from gentle awakening into full-bodied expansion. What began as quiet renewal now moves into vitality, expression, and life in bloom. Trees are heavy with blossom, the air feels alive with possibility, and nature invites us not just to begin again, but to fully step into what is ready to grow.
Held in the days following Beltane, this gathering honours a time traditionally associated with fertility, passion, creativity, and connection. Across cultures, early May has long marked a threshold, a moment where life force energy is abundant, relationships deepen, and intentions begin to take form in the physical world. This ceremony offers a space to not only reconnect, but to embody what has been awakening within you.
After the heart-opening energy of April, May invites us further outward into confidence, expression, and alignment with our desires. Where April asked us to soften and listen, May encourages us to trust, to move, and to allow life to flow through us more fully. This is an invitation to honour that transition. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, seasonal ritual, and immersive sound healing, we will gather in community to explore what it means to step into your own natural rhythm of expansion.
This is not about rushing growth or forcing outcomes. It is about allowing yourself to be seen, felt, and expressed in your own time.
Together, we create space to nurture what is blooming, deepen connection to self and others, and move forward with grounded confidence and openness.
Moksha’s Mission
Moksha Holistic Therapies CIC exists to create accessible, trauma-informed, heart-centred spaces for emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and community connection.
Our work is rooted in:
• Removing barriers to holistic health and wellbeing
• Creating inclusive, non-clinical spaces for emotional support
• Supporting self-connection and resilience
• Building community-led healing environments
Through our monthly gatherings, workshops, and the upcoming Moksha Community Hub launching in Spring 2026, we are committed to making wellbeing accessible, grounded, and community-oriented.
This ceremony forms part of that wider vision, a space where healing is gentle, inclusive, and shared.
What to Expect
This gathering is held within a trauma-informed and supportive container.
The space will be softly lit and intentionally prepared to encourage relaxation, grounding, and emotional safety. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
There is no pressure to share or perform, simply come as you are.
Ceremonial Cacao: Igniting the Heart
We begin the evening by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao, a gentle plant ally traditionally used to support connection, presence, and heart awareness.
Cacao can support:
• Emotional openness
• Embodied confidence
• Heart-led expression
• Gentle energy and clarity
You will be guided through a meditation designed to support connection to your inner fire, creativity, and desires. Participation is always optional and guided with care. This seasonal ritual honours the Beltane themes of vitality, connection, and creative life force. Together we will explore:
• What is ready to fully bloom in your life
• Where you are being invited to express yourself more freely
• How you can support and sustain your growth
Through reflection, journaling, and a simple symbolic ritual, we create space to nurture what is already unfolding.
Embodiment Practice: Awakening Life Force
In alignment with the energy of early May, we will move into a gentle, guided embodiment practice.
This may include intuitive movement, breath, or somatic awareness, supporting you to connect not just mentally, but physically with your own expansion. This is an invitation to feel into your body as a space of aliveness, expression, and presence.
Sound Healing Journey: Integration & Expansion
The evening will move into an immersive sound healing journey guided by Azim & Sam.
Using:
• Crystal singing bowls
• Icaros
• Layered healing frequencies
Sound healing supports:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional integration
• Deep relaxation and restoration
• Expansion and energetic alignment
Participants often experience this part of the ceremony as deeply calming, opening, and expansive.
