In this interactive, hands-on workshop, Tatiana will share practical techniques for making stronger, more strategic requests in professional settings. Through real examples and exercises, attendees will learn how to communicate requests clearly, confidently, and effectively.

About the Speaker
Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Tatiana A. Kolovou moved to the United States to attend college and quickly learned how to adapt to a new culture. Instead of shying away from mistakes, she leaned into the experience of being an outsider — an approach that now shapes how she teaches communication and leadership.
Tatiana teaches Cross-Cultural and Business Communication to MBA and undergraduate students at the highly ranked Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
She is also a longtime LinkedIn Learning instructor with more than 10 million learners across courses on communication, resilience, and workplace effectiveness.
Tatiana produces weekly content on LinkedIn including a newsletter with 65,000+ subscribers and a live show reaching audiences from 33 countries worldwide.
As a corporate trainer and professional speaker she has worked with organizations including Cognizant, Ralph Lauren, Procter & Gamble, Red Bull, and many more.
