Blooming Within: A Spring Equinox Sound Journey
As day and night come into perfect balance, this Spring Equinox sound journey invites you to pause, soften, and turn inward. Through immersive sound and vibration, we’ll create space for gentle awakening—honoring what has been resting beneath the surface and allowing new intentions to naturally emerge. Rather than striving or forcing change, this experience supports quiet alignment, inner balance, and the subtle blooming that happens in its own time.
What to bring:
It is necessary for you to bring your own yoga mat, and anything you need for comfort - such as bolsters, pillows, and blankets. Please dress comfortably for this event as you will be lying down to fully absorb into the vibrations of the sound bowls.
Zero-gravity chairs:
If you have had a recent injury or surgery or have issues with sitting and lying down on the floor, you can reserve a Zero-Gravity chair for your comfort! These come with a pillow and can recline easily. Limited number available.
