About this Event
Join us for a nourishing Reiki Sound Bath & Guided Meditation.
This intimate gathering is limited to 6 women in a cozy private Reiki studio. With Grace and Jocelyn facilitating, this will be a warm, welcoming and healing space for you to release any stress, connect with community and set intentions for the month ahead.
🕯 What to Expect
- A welcoming, grounded opening to set intention
- A guided Reiki Meditation & sound bath
- Gentle integration and rest
- Connection with fellow attendees in a calm, heart-centered environment
Beverages will be provided.
Please bring a snack to share if you feel called.
