Join local Plein Air Artists and Bloomin' Arts exhibitors on Sunday, March 2, 2025 as they Paint and express the “Spirit of the Festival” via form, structure, value and color in variety of art mediums. This event is open to all artists wishing to paint in Plein Air. Early registration online through Lakeland Arts Association is $30. To register onsite the day of the event will be $35. Bloomin’ Arts exhibitors will be able to compete for free, information will be provided for you in your artist packet. This is a “rain or shine” event, there will be no refunds for inclement weather
