Through intentional movement, restorative sound, and creative expression, you will clear the stagnant energy of winter and plant fresh seeds for the season ahead.
Your experience will include three powerful practices designed to support body, mind, and spirit.
Begin by grounding into your body with mindful, breath-centered Pilates led by Lisa Finch, Certified Pilates Instructor, gently building strength, alignment, and embodied awareness.
Next, open your creative channels in a guided art therapy experience with Jess Waldron, Certified Art Therapist, exploring self-expression, intention setting, and personal insight through intuitive creation.
Finally, sink into deep restoration with a transformative sound bath meditation guided by Heather Paulson, Director of HIC, Certified NLP Life Coach & Sound Integration Specialist, allowing vibration and stillness to integrate your experience from the inside out.
