Led by the experienced and empowering Alicia Vosberg, this class will focus on building core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall stability.

What to expect:

• Warm-up: A gentle flow to prepare your body for movement.
• Core-Focused Sequences: Engage your deep abdominal muscles through a variety of challenging and fun postures and exercises.
• Balancing Act: Enhance your balance and coordination while further strengthening your core.
• Strength & Flexibility: Build full-body strength and improve flexibility throughout your entire body.
• Cool Down & Relaxation: Deepen your connection to your breath and unwind as you end your practice.

Meet Your Instructor:

Alicia Vosberg is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a focus on trauma-informed yoga, prenatal/postnatal yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She is also a doula, herbalist, and Ayurveda practitioner, bringing a holistic approach to her teachings. Alicia creates a safe and supportive space for students to connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts.
