Spartanburg’s Wellspring of Life Counseling presents a therapist-led group to blend social skills, confidence-building activities, and a lighthearted Christian friendship book to help girls develop encouraging, empathy-centered, and healthy friendships.The book follows a group of girls who create their own club and decide how they want to treat one another — with some silly rules and many meaningful ones centered on kindness, safety, honesty, and respect.
Through guided discussion, creative activities, and real-life practice, girls will:
• Build confidence in friendships and group settings
• Learn healthy communication and boundaries
• Navigate peer conflict and “friend drama”
• Explore values such as kindness, empathy, and integrity in an age-appropriate way
Faith-based themes are woven gently into discussion and reflection, creating a supportive space aligned with Christian values.

📅 Group meets 6:00-8:15pm on these Thursdays: May 28, June 4, June 18, July 9, July 23
Group Cost: $225 (includes book, snacks, and activities)
*Group will proceed with a minimum of 4 registered participants. Attendance will be capped at 7 to maintain supportive small group environment, so we do recommend registering early. First come/first served.
