Hi San Diego community �I wanted to share something I’m really excited to put out into the world. �� �
Over the past few years, I’ve been intentionally building ROSE (Raising Our Self-Esteem) — a wellness-focused brand rooted in care, reflection, and community healing. My work is shaped by lived experience and by the belief that we heal and grow best when we don’t do it alone.
Under ROSE, I’m hosting my first in-person wellness workshop, and it feels meaningful to finally share it locally.
Bloom Forward is a 3-hour guided wellness workshop and shared meal designed to help you slow down, reflect, and gently name what you’re growing next in 2026 — together. This is not therapy and not a clinical group. It’s a non-clinical wellness space grounded in intention-setting, creativity, and connection.
What’s included:
• Guided wellness circle with intention-setting
• Vision board poster + all supplies provided
• Curated bag lunch & beverages
• A calm, creative space to connect with yourself and others
