Join NAMI Western Carolina for an afternoon of creative journal writing with Jean Rowe, LCSW at AmeriHealth Caritas Wellness Center.
Evidence-based, peer-reviewed research indicates that expressive writing has been a successful therapeutic tool for improved health and well-being. At this event, we will explore themes around renewing in spring, blooming as individuals, and the collective healing wisdom of community!
It’s the $1.50 Therapist! (Your journal costs $1.50...) But at this event, SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED :)

Jean is a licensed clinical social worker and certified journal therapist. With 20 years of experience, she is an expert facilitator who designs, implements and delivers journal writing workshops to individuals, groups and organizations.
