Join us for a beautiful spring gathering where creativity meets calm.
In this special collaboration workshop, you’ll be guided in crafting your own half spring wreath with Chrissy — using dried foliage and florals to create something wild, natural and uniquely yours.
Once our hands have woven and crafted our beautiful garlands,
we’ll settle down together for tea and cake — a moment to pause, chat and admire what we’ve created.
Before we drift into the Sound Journey, you’ll be invited to anoint your hands or face with Rachel’s handcrafted oils and balms, intuitively choosing the blend that aligns with your garland and your intention. As the aromas gently rise around us, we’ll enter the sound space already softened, already open — smelling divine and feeling deeply connected.
Then you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive Sound Journey — layers of soothing instruments, gentle rhythms and healing frequencies designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and invite you into rest. The vibrations will wash through the body, helping to release tension, restore balance and anchor your intention on a cellular level.
