BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Join Flower Therapy at The Rose Room Café in Webster for another "Bloom & Sip" event — a fun, hands-on workshop that uses floral design as a creative form of self-care. Participants will learn basic floral design techniques and create their own springtime floral arrangement while also exploring mindfulness, stress relief, creativity, and connection with nature. No prior floral design experience is needed; all materials and live instruction are provided. This workshop is suitable for adults 18+.
Your ticket includes 1 drink from the café, and their full menu of homemade food, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages will be available — perfect for turning this workshop into a relaxed lunch or afternoon treat!
This workshop is led by Ashley Starzec, LMFT, an experienced mental health provider of nearly 20 years and the creator of Flower Therapy wellness groups. While Ashley brings her mental health background to the experience, this event is a wellness workshop, not psychotherapy.
