Join us for Bloom & Breathe, a refreshing in-person mini retreat designed just for moms! Step into a half day of renewal, connection, and embodiment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving an opportunity to come home to yourself - this experience is for you! Because every mom deserves a little time to refresh and recharge!

Bloom & Breathe is a thoughfully curated outdoor mini retreat designed to help mothers pause, reset, and connect with themselves - mind, body, and spirit. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the rose garden, you'll be guided through a deeply nourishing experience that blends relaxation with gentle transformation.

We'll begin together at 11am with a grounding sound bath and meditation, allowing your nervous system to soften and settle in. From there, you'll rotate through intimate, small-group sessions including breath and sound immersion, neural integration, and craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT)-each designed to release tension, restore balance, and support your overall well-being.
