After brunch, a small group will stay behind for something deeper — something we rarely give ourselves permission to experience:
A moment to hear yourself again.
Bloom Reflections is a slow, gentle hour where we walk you through:
- letting go of the tension you’ve been pretending you don’t feel
- giving language to what your body’s been trying to say
- reconnecting with the version of you that isn’t buried under responsibility
- receiving care instead of always giving it
Not a workshop.
Not a lecture.
Just a guided, heart-centered reset — the kind we quietly wish somebody would create for us.
