Bloom: a seasonal goal-setting party for women

Bloom is where we pause, check in with ourselves, and set goals that actually fit our season of life.
About this Event

Ever wondered why goal setting feels so hard in January?

You’re expected to reset your entire life mid-winter, when energy is low, motivation is patchy, and real life hasn’t paused. Then we’re surprised when those goals quietly fall apart by February.

Bloom is a different approach.

This is a seasonal goal setting party designed to help you step back, reflect honestly, and think forward, without pressure, perfection, or rigid planning. It’s about taking a few focused hours to check in with yourself, understand where you actually are, and decide what makes sense to work towards next.

This isn’t passive. It’s not motivational hype.

It’s a chance to sit down, do the thinking, and show up for yourself, with guidance and space to do it properly.

What Bloom Is

Bloom is a guided process of reflection and forward thinking, rooted in the idea that timing matters.

March, the Spring Equinox, marks a natural point of balance and momentum. It’s a more realistic moment to reassess, reset, and gently plan what comes next, based on your current energy, capacity, and priorities.

The focus is on:

- Reflection before action

- Direction rather than pressure

- Planning that fits real life

You’ll be supported to think clearly, make intentional choices, and leave with a sense of direction that feels doable.

What You’ll Experience

Over this 3-hour event, you’ll be guided through a structured but spacious process, including:

- A welcoming, energising opening to set the tone for the day

- A guided reflection on where you are right now, mentally, emotionally, and practically

- A seasonal perspective on goal setting and why spring is a better time to begin

- Supported goal setting that focuses on clarity, priorities, and realistic forward movement

- Time and prompts to explore “the season you’re in” and what that means for how you plan

- Cyclical living insights to help you understand energy, capacity, and sustainability

- Space for thinking, writing, and integrating, not rushing from one thing to the next

You’ll receive a digital workbook included in your ticket to guide you through the process during the event and support you afterwards.

Who This Is For

Bloom is for you if:

- You’ve tried traditional goal setting and it hasn’t stuck

- You want clarity, but without unrealistic expectations

- You’re at a point where reflection feels necessary, not indulgent

- You’re open to doing the work, not just thinking about it

- You want a meaningful way to mark International Women’s Day

No prior experience with cyclical or seasonal living is needed, just a willingness to pause and engage.

What You’ll Leave With

You’ll leave Bloom with:

- A clearer sense of direction for the coming months

- Goals that feel considered and achievable

- Greater awareness of your energy, capacity, and timing

- Practical reflections you can return to

- A sense that you’ve taken time on purpose, for yourself.

What’s Included

- Breakfast and hot drinks on arrival

- A guided, facilitated 3-hour experience

- Digital workbook (included in ticket price)

- All materials needed for the session

- A supportive, focused space to do the work
