This heart-centered sound bath offers a space for you to soften, open, and bloom from within. With the gentle support of rose as a guide, you’ll be invited to receive a light anointing of rose water to awaken the senses and deepen your connection to the heart. We’ll begin with gentle movement and vocal toning, followed by a nourishing sound bath journey of voice, gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drum, and shruti box. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for comfort. There are chairs available if you prefer to be off the ground.
