Bloom: A Fundraising Brunch for Growth and CommunityBloom honors the ongoing journey of becoming: not perfection, not arrival, but growth rooted in self-knowledge, confidence, and care.
This fundraising brunch creates space for women to explore identity, transformation, and self-discovery across every season of life. It recognizes that boldness does not exist in isolation; it grows from understanding who you are, what you need, and how you show up in community.
Through conversation, connection, and collective care, Bloom centers wellness as multidimensional. We will explore physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, and financial well-being.
This event invites queer women and allies to reflect, learn, and invest in themselves while directly supporting the mission and work of the Louisville Pride Foundation.
Meet Our Speakers:
Dr. Kaila Story: Audre Lorde Endowed Chair at UofL, award-winning podcaster, and 2022 Champion of Pride for the state of Kentucky.
Erica Fields: Veteran distilling industry entrepreneur, founder of Brooks Grain and Fields Consulting, and a dedicated leader in Louisville’s arts and LGBTQ+ business community.
Hannah Wilson: A rising star in the Kentucky legal community, Truman Scholar, and a tenacious civil rights advocate.
Fawn Wujick: Audiologist and prolific advocate who has served on the boards of the Louisville Youth Group, Pandora Productions, and the Lesbian Tea Dance.
