The Winnsboro Center for the Arts is thrilled to partner with the Winnsboro Historical Museum to offer these special walks at 10:00 AM during BLOOM 2026 on April 11, 18, and 25.
Starting at the Historical Museum, strolling along Main and Elm Streets, and finishing at The Bowery in front of the new WCA Creative Learning Center, the tour highlights six stunning artist windows that showcase our town’s artistic heritage from past to present.
