Bloody Hormones is a support network for all women to talk about anything hormonal... because men just don't get it!!
About this Event

Bloody Hormones has been created to provide women of all ages with a friendly and welcoming place to be able to talk about all things female and hormonal. We offer a secure environment where you can engage in conversations with individuals facing similar challenges, all while gaining access to and honing mindfulness techniques that support your daily activities and overall wellness.

This is a free support group. Age 18+

Walk-ins are always welcome.

Please Note: This is not a therapy or counselling session and is not hosted by a fully trained councillor, however, there will be a fully trained & licensed therapist present.
