The Blood Pressure Hub is a drop-in resource available to community members who would like to check their blood pressure using our Self-Monitored Blood Pressure machine. A representative from the Health Team will be on-site to assist participants with using the machine and help interpret their readings. Local health resources will also be available upon request.
