Join us for a book signing with David M. Splain, author of Blood on the Trolley. Attendees can meet the author, get a signed copy of the book, and mingle over light refreshments and snacks. David M. Splain will be generously donating 100% of the proceeds to Delaware County Victim Assistance Center.

This event is presented in conjunction with Delaware County Victim Assistance Center and National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
