When Is My Blackness Being Gaslit?
Info: Black Women, Workplace Dynamics & The Politics of Friendship
This powerful and honest gathering is designed to explore the layered realities Black women face when navigating friendships, professionalism, and identity in the workplace.
Too often, our lived experiences are dismissed as “overreacting,” “being too sensitive,” or “making it about race.” This event creates a structured space to unpack what it means to be gaslit for our Blackness — and how that dynamic shows up in subtle, professional environments.
