The morning will be a mix of Somatics, Yin Yoga, flowing yoga poses, soothing breathwork and meditation to quieten your mind.
We’ll stop for a leisurely vegetarian lunch, freshly made by our onsite chef using seasonal produce. Then we’ll head out for a post lunch walk taking in the sights and sounds of nature.
We will settle into some serious rest in the afternoon with restorative yoga. Followed by a blissful yoga nidra, to help you sink into a deep relaxation.
We’ll finish with home-made cake and cups of tea before saying our goodbyes and heading home.
