About this Event
Blissful Beginnings is a sensory-based mom and infant class designed to improve feelings of sensory overload, mother-infant attachment, and a mother’s ability to thrive in her role as a caregiver to her child/ children. This class is designed to be casual and collective, where we will have discussions, opportunities for learning, and the ability to socialize and relax with your children present, all while acquiring and implementing sensory-based techniques to improve the well-being of both you and your family.
Come as you are and be surrounded by a wonderful community of practitioners and fellow mothers to support you and your child’s physical and mental health, allowing you to feel the beauty and bliss of motherhood.
