Embrace renewal, joy & abundance as you join us for an invigorating morning of silent disco yoga & breathwork at the beautiful new creative space in Detroit, Vander, from 11am -12:30pm on Sunday, 3/1.
From11:00 AM to 11:30AM, start your morning by connecting with others, and soaking in the sounds of DJ Kaels while enjoying the immersive art space courtesy of Vander and IMBUE.
At 11:30 AM, step onto your mat and immerse yourself in a transformative silent disco yoga & breathwork session led by Soojin. Flow through an empowering practice enhanced by the energizing beats by DJ Kaels.
After class, stay for our raffle featuring giveaways from our incredible local sponsors.
