We are so excited to be offering this again! A potent combination of mind/body-melting Yin Yoga, Reiki and Tibetan Bowl Soundhealing Duet n one utterly divine relaxation session.
Sarah Beale will guide you through your Yin practice while she and Reiki Practitioner Elizabeth Dunn beam healing Reiki energy around the room and to each individual in the room.
Reiki means 'Universal Loving Energy' and is channeled through the hands of the practitioner towards the receiver. Reiki can never harm. It always goes exactly where it needs to go for each person. You will feel very relaxed and may even fall asleep in the class. Some people experience visions or insights. Everyone experiences something different.
Yin yoga is one of the most yummy relaxing styles of yoga one can practice, and is suitable for all levels and abilities. Release tension, soften and melt the connective tissue of your body and relax from the inside out. It is a practice of learning to master your own internal response to life. learn to truly 'let go' from within.
Throughout the practice you'll be serenaded by the Tibetan bowls and receive a double dose during shavasana as both Elizabeth & Sarah play a set of Tibetan bowls each. It's such a treat to experience!
