Tickets can be purchased online or in-person at the Valley First Box office at the SOEC. Children 2 years and older are required to have a ticket to attend.

The South Okanagan Events Centre enforces a clear bag policy to ensure public safety and expedite entry during security checks at concerts & events.
The following bags are permitted into the facility:
- Non-clear small clutch/belt bag/wallets no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are accepted.
- Clear bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″
- Large clear freezer bags no larger than 3.7L/1 Gallon
- Diaper bags and medically necessary items.
